This site has no contact form of its own. The booking widget at the bottom of the site only shows available times; what you select there is not stored by us. When you confirm a consultation, you complete it in our online calendar, where you enter your name, email address and optionally a note, so we can prepare the call. If you email us directly, we receive what you put in that email.

• To respond to a question or a scheduled intake.
• To prepare a proposal after a conversation and to perform the agreement.
• To meet legal (for example tax) obligations.

This site does not use tracking or marketing cookies, only what is strictly necessary for the site to work. See the cookie policy for more details.

We only share data with parties needed to deliver our services:

• An online calendar: for scheduling calls.
• A payment service: for processing payments.
• Hosting and software providers: that run the site and our systems.

Agreements have been made with these parties on protecting your data. Want to know exactly which party it is? Just email us. Data is never sold, and never shared for third-party advertising.

The sample ads on the homepage use photos from an external image library. Your browser loads them directly from that service, so it sees your IP address, as with any image from another website. No cookies are set.

If we automate for you, for example with AI agents in your calendar, email or customer database, we process data of your customers on your behalf. You are then the controller and we are the processor. We record this in a data processing agreement before we start. We only use that data for the assignment and for nothing else.

We keep data no longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for, and in any case no longer than the legal retention periods (for example the 7-year tax retention obligation for administrative records).

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and the right to object to its processing. Email info@hk-solutions.nl. If we can't resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
